Swimming Teacher – Abbey Stadium Sports Centre

We are looking for enthusiastic and qualified Swimming Teachers to deliver fun, safe and engaging swimming lessons to people of all ages and abilities at Abbey Stadium Sports Centre.

In this role, you will plan and deliver high‑quality swimming sessions in line with Swim England guidelines, supporting swimmers to build confidence, develop key skills and progress through their learning. You will help create a welcoming and inclusive environment, ensuring sessions are well‑structured, safe and enjoyable for everyone involved.

You will be responsible for monitoring progress, maintaining accurate records, and following all relevant health and safety, safeguarding and equality procedures. A positive attitude, strong communication skills and a passion for helping people succeed in the water are essential.

We are looking for individuals who hold a Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification (or equivalent), are committed to ongoing professional development, and are available to work a variety of sessions including evenings and weekends.
