Our Mission

At Rubicon Leisure, our purpose is simple;

To inspire our communities to live healthier and happier lives.

Everything we do is driven by this mission. From the facilities we operate and the programmes we deliver, to the way we support our colleagues and engage with our communities, we exist to create positive, lasting impact for the people of Redditch and beyond.

Our values are not a set of corporate statements written behind closed doors. They have been shaped by our people at every level of the organisation.
Through workshops, team discussions, one to ones and staff feedback, colleagues across Rubicon told us what truly matters. What it feels like to work here. How we want to treat each other. What great behaviour looks like every day.
