Seasonal Boathouse Staff – Arrow Valley Visior Centre – The Boathouse

We are looking for Seasonal Boathouse Staff to join our team and help deliver an excellent experience across our busy site.

This is a varied and hands on role where no two days are the same. You will work across a range of areas including the boathouse, café and bar, ice cream kiosk, water based activities, table service and till operation. Flexibility and a positive attitude are key, as you may move between areas depending on customer demand and the needs of the site.

In this role, you will be welcoming and engaging with customers, taking orders, preparing and serving food and drinks, assisting with water activities, and maintaining clean, safe and well presented environments. You will help create a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere that encourages visitors to relax, stay longer and return.

Customer service is at the heart of everything you will do. You will be expected to communicate confidently, work well as part of a team, and contribute to a safe and welcoming environment for all guests. Full training will be provided, including health and safety procedures relevant to each area.

Previous experience in hospitality, leisure or customer service is desirable but not essential. We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and customer focused individuals who are keen to learn and take pride in delivering great service.

This is a seasonal role with shifts available across weekdays, evenings and weekends, making it ideal for those looking for flexible work in a lively and dynamic setting.
