Every first Monday of the month join our friendly and supportive menopause group at The Boathouse Café at Arrow Valley Visitors Centre, where women come together to share experiences, tips and coping strategies in a relaxed, informal setting over a cuppa.

Ridgeway Community Church meets in the main hall of the Windmill Community Centre every Sunday at 10.30am. DBS checked staff look after the Sunday school and creche during the sermon.
Come Dancing

Parkinson’s Support Group
We are a welcoming and supportive group for people affected by Parkinson’s across Redditch and Bromsgrove. With a regular session every second Wednesday from 14:00 to 16:00 at Oakenshaw Community Centre.
Walking Netball
Every Wednesday at 10:30 am, Walking Netball offers a friendly, inclusive way for women to enjoy sport. It’s netball at a walking pace with slightly tweaked rules, usually held indoors. Led by a specially trained Walking Netball Host, the sessions are full of fun and laughter. £2 per session. No Abbey Stadium membership needed.

Join us for a FREE, safe walk with café and toilet facilities available. Our two friendly volunteers are ready to welcome you back to this weekly session. You can turn up anytime, register, and enjoy your walk. Whether you prefer to “Walk and Talk” or pace yourself and count your laps, all speeds and abilities are welcome!
