Oakenshaw Community Centre is the largest in our community and a lively base for a wide variety of groups and activities, including Oakenshaw Kindergarten, exercise classes, martial arts, social groups, a church-based group, a Special Olympics group, and youth clubs. It’s also a popular choice for private hire, with flexible spaces to suit all kinds of events. The main hall measures 10.5m by 11.8m, with an additional resource room and kitchenette measuring 6.3m by 5.8m, and facilities include tables and chairs, a stereo, hot water boiler, and sink. The centre is fully accessible, with disabled access throughout and a large car park at the rear of the building with disabled bays, making it convenient and welcoming for all.
Why not take a look below at the fantastic activities and clubs you can join, or if you’re looking to start your own, simply email us at enquiries@rubiconleisure.co.uk – and if you’d like to book the space for a private hire, click here.
