Keep Active with Gaynor offers fun and friendly fitness classes designed for everyone. Each session is adaptable to suit all abilities, and the best part is that they operate on a pay-as-you-go basis, with no need to book in advance.

All venues also provide plenty of free parking, making it convenient for participants.

In addition to in-person classes, a special Zoom session is held every Tuesday at 11:30 am, tailored specifically for people with multiple sclerosis (MS). This seated class offers a more comfortable way to stay active and is priced at just £4.50 per session.

Gaynor began leading these classes in 2013 on behalf of Bromsgrove and Redditch Sports Development, after a long break from work due to being diagnosed with Lupus. Initially hesitant to exercise for fear it would worsen her health, Gaynor soon discovered that regular physical activity actually helped improve her condition—and she grew to love it.

Returning to work was a significant step for Gaynor, and she wanted to ensure she pursued something she truly enjoyed. She chose to train as an Exercise to Music instructor, with a clear aim of helping people facing mobility challenges and health issues.

Today, Gaynor teaches weekly keep-fit and mobility exercise classes, along with Tai Chi sessions, primarily catering to older adults in the community. She also continues to run her Zoom class for individuals with MS.

Her passion for her work is evident, and she takes great pleasure in seeing how exercise positively impacts both the physical and mental well-being of her participants.
