Pitcheroak Golf Course – Bookings and Refund Policy
1.1 All payments are made in full at the time of booking.
1.2 Proof of eligibility for concessions (Under 16’s, Kingfisher Golf Membership, Unlimited Golf Membership) shall be presented at the time of arrival. Failure to present relevant proof of eligibility will result in appropriate fees being charged.
1.3 Payments are processed by WorldPay on behalf of Rubicon Leisure Limited, Registered Office – Redditch Town Hall, Walter Stranz Square, Redditch, Worcestershire. B98 8AH. Company Number: 11654259 Registered in England and Wales.
2.1 Cancellations made by Players:
2.1.1 Cancelled more than 24 hours prior to the first tee time- Tee time to be re-arranged or full refund to be offered.
2.1.2 Cancelled within 24 hours prior to the first tee time – Tee time to be re-arranged, NO REFUND WILL BE OFFERED
2.2 Cancellations made by the course management:
2.2.1 Tee times to be re-arranged or full refund to be offered.
If the course is closed on your day of play (as deemed by the management), no person may play on the course and all bookings are cancelled. It is up to the individual(s) concerned to re-book their tee time(s) or request a refund by emailing, calling or in person at the course.
2.3 Cancellations during play:
2.3.1 If a golfer(s) chooses to play a 9-hole or 18-hole round of golf, then the weather worsens and the golfer(s) decides not to continue, no refund will be given.
2.3.2 If the golfer(s) chooses to play a 9-hole or 18-hole round of golf, and in the event of any unforeseen circumstances the golfer(s) decides not to continue, no refund will be given.
2.3.3 If your round is disrupted due to thunderstorms the club will temporarily suspend play until safe to resume. No credit will be given in these circumstances unless suspension of play continues for the remainder of the day – please see 2.3.4 below for rates.
2.3.4 If during your round the course becomes unplayable through severe weather, as deemed by the management you will be entitled to:
a. A 50% voucher off your next visit if you have completed 4 holes or,
b. 100% voucher off your next visit if you have not completed 4 holes.
Refunds will only be offered for the following conditions as detailed in the above sections:
3.1 Cancelled by player(s) more than 24 hours prior to first tee time – Tee time to be re-arranged or full refund to be offered. (please see 2.1.1)
3.2 Cancelled by course management at any time. – Tee time to be re-arranged or full refund offered. (please see 2.2.1)
4.0 GENERAL TERMS
4.1 Tee times are bookable 7 days in advance.
4.2 Where concession rates are applicable including senior and junior’s, a valid ID must be provided on arrival.
4.3 Twilight tee times are offered at a reduced rate due to the amount of time available to play a round before the light deteriorates. As such, it is possible that you may not complete all 9 holes during your round, and the later the tee time, the fewer holes you will be able to play.
4.4 Routine course maintenance takes place throughout the year. Due to unforeseen climatic changes, we are unable to confirm when these works will be taking place. No refund will be given due to course maintenance activities.
4.5 Tee-mats and/or winter greens may be in operation at times during the year. No refunds will be given in these circumstances.
4.6 All players must present at the golf shop on arrival.
5.0 UNLIMITED GOLF BOOKINGS
5.1 Players with an unlimited golf membership should select this option when booking with a £0.00 value.
5.2 When arriving on site, players must report to the golf shop together with their membership card and proof of booking to be scanned in.
5.3 Failure to report to golf shop will result in non-attendance being credited against your name.
5.4 Members with three credits against their name will have their online booking privileges restricted until such a time determined by the Golf Course Manager.
5.5 Unlimited members are subject to the same cancellation timescales as outlined in section 2.
