Body Attack is an aerobic sports inspired cardio workout to music, including moves like grapevines, knee lifts, jumping jacks, and leg curls.
Body Combat is a fiercely energetic programme inspired by martial arts incorporating disciplines such as karate, boxing, Taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai with no contact.
Boxfit is a fun based boxing circuit class which covers all aspects of fitness training to get you into shape.
These outdoor training sessions are a combination of body weight exercises with cardio vascular fitness and are suitable for all abilities.
The sessions are held outdoors, so please wear suitable clothing
Pilates is a relaxed low impact session that will improve your posture, core, muscular strength and balance
Body Balance class is a combination of tai chi, yoga and pilates all in one class
Yoga is an exercise session that uses slow movements and stretching, helping to increase muscular strength, core and balance, and incorporates breathing and relaxation techniques.
Body Pump uses barbells and adjustable weights and is perfect for fat burning and toning.
All major muscle groups are worked i.e. squats, lunges, presses and lifts.
Zumba is a Latin inspired dance programme incorporating hip hop, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo, martial arts and some Bollywood.
Body Jam is an addictive fusion of the latest dance styles all put together to the best dance tracks.
Zumba Gold is based on the same dance moves used in the original Zumba class. The Gold class, however is less intensive with dance routines designed for beginners and older adults using modified moves.
Sh’bam is a fun, easy to follow 45 minute dance class
Senior Circuits is designed for anybody over 50, to socialize with liked minded individuals, whilst getting a varied workout in the gym. The circuit class is intended to improve the cardiovascular system (cv) and strengthen muscles, through low impact exercises supervised by our fitness instructors, who will demonstrate and advise through the workout.
Each exercise is carried out for a duration of 45 seconds to 1 minute and is adaptable depending on customer requirements, before moving onto the next exercise station.
Refreshments are provided (tea, coffee, biscuits) after Thursdays session. There is no booking, just turn up 5 – 10 minutes before the class starts and the team can answer any questions.

RPM – Studio Cycling
An indoor cycling workout where you will ride the rhythm of powerful beats leading you through a mixture of resistance training, by way of hill climbs and seated sprints!

Can’t make an instructor lead class? Try one of our new VIRTUAL, Les Mills instructed classes. Members are eligible to turn up to 10 minutes prior to the start of a class to set up their bike, and then follow the on screen instructions.
This is a toning class which specifically targets areas of the legs, bums and tum and it’s a great workout for all levels
